  • Wonderful, we can’t wait for you to experience the amazing benefits of Reformer Pilates for yourself. We recommend booking in to a Signature class to start. All our classes run for 45 minutes and we have up to 9 people in our group classes. Please note: we also offer our Supreme Seniors class if you are over 65 years of age.

For your first class please arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can welcome you to the studio, answer any questions and ensure you are feeling settled in our space. We encourage you to wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in and bring a drink bottle to stay hydrated. On the Reformer we wear grippy socks for hygiene and safety reasons. Grippy socks can be purchased from our studio for £12 each. Every class is a chance to learn and improve, so bring a positive mindset, embrace the journey and enjoy the experience!

  • Class Booking: Classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system or app.

Cancellation Policy: If you are booked into a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must cancel through our booking system and a minimum of 12 hours' notice is required. Thank you, we appreciate the early notice, and no class will be deducted from your membership or concession pass.

If you cancel less than 12 hours before a class or fail to attend a booked class, you will forfeit the session credit for that class. (please avoid doing this if possible). If you hold a membership and a cancellation is made within the 12-hour cancellation policy timeframe, a £5 cancellation fee will be invoiced to your account.

If the studio cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness), you will be credited for the missed class or offered an alternative session.

By booking online you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Both late cancellations and no shows will result in a lost class or invoice fee. Please understand that this policy is in place to ensure bookings are made with consideration.

  • If the class you would like to attend is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. If/when a space in that class becomes available you'll receive a notification through our app and an email so you can book in right away. But be quick, this is on a first come, first served basis. Our waitlist is a simple way to stay informed and secure your place as soon as there's space.

  • We offer several different class passes which provide you with flexibility to complete your classes on a time schedule that works for you. Our passes have differing expiry dates which are set from the date of purchase.

    5 class pass - 1-month expiry

    10 class pass - 3-month expiry

    20 class pass – 3-month expiry

  • You are welcome to join our group classes if you have a mild injury after clearance from a medical practitioner. Please let your instructor know at the start of your class so they can discuss any modifications with you. If you have a moderate to severe active injury, we recommend reaching out to us to discuss which class type will best suit your needs. We encourage beginning with a private class which is a 1:1 session with one of our qualified instructors. They will guide you through a personalised Reformer class to learn more about your injury and advise whether private or group classes will provide you the most support during your rehabilitation.

  • First off.. Congratulations! Reformer Pilates is a great form of exercise for anyone with a healthy and uncomplicated pregnancy. There are so many wonderful benefits to moving on the Reformer that Pilates can do for you and your growing bump!

From 0-16 weeks into your pregnancy, you may continue with your usual Reformer Pilates classes if you are experiencing a healthy pregnancy. From 16 weeks onwards we start to make some modifications to your Pilates practice. Please share your exciting news with us so that we can provide you with our Kaha Studios guidelines to moving safely while pregnant. If you are new to Reformer Pilates we recommend starting your journey with us in a private class/classes.

And post pregnancy once you feel comfortable coming back to class and have had clearance from a medical professional, keep a look out for our sculpt and snuggle classes which gives you a chance to bring baby along and be in a space where you can feel empowered as a new mum, all while nurturing both your body and your bond with your baby.

  • As a guide we would recommend 2-3 times a week for a beginner to build a strong foundation and allow your body to adapt. 3-4 times a week for an Intermediate/Experienced: to challenge your body and continue progressing. And 2-3 times a week for anyone looking for Rehabilitation/Recovery which allows the focus on gentle, controlled movements to aid recovery.

Having said that, your body, your choice! Your movement schedule is completely up to you and our main advice is to find a form of movement that you love and seek consistency. By creating a consistent Reformer practice you are likely to discover some amazing benefits like stronger muscles, a more flexible spine and happier mind.
